“Liza was an the perfect realtor for us. She truly made us feel like she was fighting for our best interest. While we were house hunting, Liza was early to every appointment and came prepared with estimated costs based on our specific financial situation. This made it easy for us to draft budgets and feel comfortable with our decisions. It was easy to feel like we could trust her expertise. When we found the house we wanted, she came up with a plan of attack for our offer, complete with a backup plan, and got us our house (even though we were up against a cash offer!). She did this by submitting an offer the very day we visited it, working with our loan officer to make sure we didn’t lose our opportunity, constantly communicating with the sellers, and having a backup plan in place. Once our backup offer was accepted, she helped us through the closing process. As new home buyers, she was critical to our success. She kept us in the loop the entire time, and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She kept her attention on us all the way through the day we closed. The day before closing, the sellers tried to remove a critical piece of the home. In an effort to avoid causing undue stress for us, she drove to the home and fought on our behalf to ensure we got exactly what we were expecting to get. We had no idea there was a problem, we only found out about it once it was solved. That was huge for us, as we had a quick closing to worry about. On the day of closing, there was a hiccup with our settlement statement, and she took the lead on finding the solution that would allow us to still close that day.
